It needs us to give it something it does not have, out of the box - some smarts. It wants us to provide the brains to fit in that box. And a few of us (maybe one percent) are doing just that. And the results are amazing!
What are the 99 percent doing?
They are producing different computers and (sometimes) different people to work them.
People and their Computers have a problem - they know what they are needed for, and they know they cannot provide this.
