A 60 Million Housing Grab by Wall Street

I am reading the NY Times on my Laptop, in Costa Rica. 

I can hardly understand this article, but I can make out that America is in bad shape. In such bad shape, they cannot understand what happened to them. 

Their solution is not to think about it.
