This is a book about Women's anger, which is nothing new. My mother, for example, was an angry person, and I was one of the things she was angry about.

Most of the women in my family have had intense ambivalent relationships with their fathers and with their husbands. Which they were not usually aware of.

Which often resulted in the death of the man.
