She works in New York City - that has been giving Amazon a hard time, in its decision to locate there. NYC has plenty of money already and does not want more.
You read that correctly - NYC has too much money, and doesn't want more!
Amazon will have to satisfy itself with being near the Pentagon, and Washington, DC. Which also have too much money - but want more.
