I didn't know there was such a thing, but he knew it, was an active part of it and helped win it.
This is not apparent at first glance. He can say, successfully: he is just an ordinary guy. It is only a coincidence that he has backed, and still backs, all of America's recent wars.
He knows who the Good Guys are, and he is part of them.
