Life becomes a Struggle as We Age

This is normal, but not always pleasant. Eventually, we need help in getting around. 

I notice this especially in Costa Rica because I don't have a car and I don't live with a family. 

I depend on strangers to help me carry my packages. Usually, they are available and glad to help.
