The Move from Small Business to Big Business

This was a huge change that few saw happening and that most people are still not aware of. 

In the 20th Century, we had WWI, then the Depression. and then WW II. Then for 20 years, we had a boom economy, with lots of jobs, where lots of people bought new houses and new cars and went to college. It was all so easy!

President Teddy Roosevelt noticed this and acted strongly against it. But he was ahead of his time. 

Soon only Big Businesses had any jobs. This happened gradually and was not commented on (it was bad news). 

It was not in the News, but almost everyone knew about it and acted on it. An office culture developed where people (as individuals) were abused. This was bad news on steroids, but was not noticed!

Ir was accompanied by a change in technology, to Computers. 

Ordinary people, who were not too bright, to begin with, were overwhelmed.
